ABSENTEE BIDS FORM

The Bidder hereby entrusts Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. to carry out absentee bidding for the Lots numbered below according to the bid price listed below and agrees to the following terms:

1. In the event of a successful bid, a lump-sum payment of the Hammer Price plus an additional 15% of the Hammer Price as the commission and other expenses shall be made by the Buyer to Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. within 7 days following the Sale Date, after which the Bidder may take possession of the Lot (and shall pay for such costs as packaging charges, cartage, transportation insurance premium and export appraisal fees).
2. The Bidder knows and accepts that Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. assumes no liability for the authenticity and/or quality of any Lot;
3. The disclaimer clause as contained in the Auction Rules of Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. is an incontestable clause. Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. and its employees bear no responsibility for any unsuccessful bids,  bidding negligence, or failure to carry out absentee bidding;
4. The Bidder must submit this Absentee Bid Form to Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. at latest 3 days prior to the Auction Date with the payment of an amount of guarantee money equivalent to 30% of the given price. In order to ensure a smooth and successful bid, the Bidder shall contact Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. by the Auction Date for the method of payment. If the aforesaid guarantee money has not been received by Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. 3 days prior to the Auction Date, this Absentee Bid Form shall not become effective;
5. The Bidder acknowledges that he/she has carefully read the Auction Rules of Poly International Auction Co., Ltd. as printed in this catalogue, and agrees to abide by all such clauses as contained therein.

Please Note:
All such items as the Lot No., Name and Bid Price in this Form must be filled in, otherwise it shall be invalid. If two (including two) or more Bidders successfully bid for the same Lot with the same bid price, the lot will be awarded to the Bidder whose Absentee Bid Form was first delivered. In the event of entrustment of absentee bidding through telephone, the Bidder shall confirm the same by mail or fax.
