ABSENTEE BIDS FORM
I request Poly, without legal obligations of any kind on its part, to bid the following Lots up to the price given below, and I agree the following stipulations:
1. I understand that if my bid is successful, the “purchase price” payable will be the sum of the “final bid” and a “premium” at the following rate: 12 percent of the “final bid price” of each Lot.
2. I also understand that Poly provides the service of executing bids on behalf of clients for convenience of clients and that Poly will not be held responsible for any negligence or fault in the bids, or failing to execute bids.
3. All stipulations stated in this absentee bids form are irrefragable. I understand that I must provide account of credit to Poly, and pay Poly the deposit of 30 percent of the price given below at least three days before the auction date in order to bid the Lot(s). I understand that I need to contact Poly for payment method before the auction date. Poly will confirm all bids by telephone, email, or fax. If Poly cannot receive the deposit three days before the auction date, that will result failure of Absentee Bids.
4. I agree and willing to obey “the rule of auction” published on the website of Poly and stipulations stated above in the Absentee Bids Form.
In Beijing Poly 2008 Spring Auctions, All buyers’ Premium will be 12%. The deposit, for bidding in Evening Sales or on lot(s) estimated over RMB 6,000,000 Yuan, is RMB 500,000. The deposit, for bidding on lot(s) estimated at RMB 6,000,000 or below, is RMB 200,000. Clients who wish to bid on lot(s) marked (★) must submit their Pre-Registration applications in advance in the required manner.
